Series 2 Episode 2 DIY SOS: The Big Build Ireland The Costello Family
With wheelchair accessibility key, and space at a minimum, this narrow garden presented show Garden Designer Peter Donegan with a unique challenge. Designed with a view to making the back and front garden as seamless as possible and ensuring the Costello’s had an outdoor area they could enjoy together as a family, an engaging and creative space was developed. Peter’s unique design included an outdoor table with three White Stem Birch trees (Betula Jacquemontii) growing through. While planting used throughout the front and back garden provided impact and flow; leading down to a seating area which featured a projection screen for outdoor entertainment.
